We changed a lot of stuff from last time for example we were told to flesh out our villain and make him much stronger and more like a victim we were always going to redeem the villain from the start but we couldn’t come up with a good motivation for the villain until we got and good idea.
The two heroes were much taller than bad guy rabs so what if bad guy rabs tried out for the hero academy but was rejected for being too short. This is a great twist and adds moral complexity to both the main villain and the heroes.
The two heroes were too much like the mario brothers according to some people we were too goofy, silly and our performance has a lot of slapstick in it.
one of the changes we made to the script was to make the main characters superheroes this was a very good change because it adds to the world building and clears up a few stuff for example if in the original script ven and jet were just heroes and that was it heroes of what what kind of heroes were they make superheroes with capes was a good decision.
One thing that went well was that we had a clear direction for our characters because now they are superheroes which as an actor opens up many possibilities to betray this character because originally i was confused because i was quite sure who he was and how i should act like.
one we can improve on next time is to try to contrast jabs character because we are too similar which isn’t a bad thing but should be toned down again we are too much the chuckle brothers or the mario brothers too goofy and not serious enough.
